Physical Health Mental Health Financial Wellness Community Outreach

The Premier Foundation of North Carolina (PFNC) is the philanthropic arm of Premier Pharmacy and Wellness Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to leveling the playing field for the underserved by providing access to essential resources that promote total wellness and opportunity.

Founded by Dr. Martez Prince, PFNC believes that wellness extends beyond health—it encompasses physical wellness, financial wellness, mental health, and community outreach.

Since its inception, the Foundation has provided over $1,000,000 in scholarships, wellness programs, and community services, empowering individuals and families to build healthier lives and stronger futures. Through signature events like the Annual Black Tie Fundraiser & Community Resource Awards, PFNC celebrates community leaders, raises funds for impact-driven initiatives, and continues its mission of creating equitable access to wellness and education across the Carolinas.

Become a Volunteer!

We are always looking for individuals looking to give back in service. We host several staple events throughout the year in addition to new events that requires additional help beyond our board and a committee members ability.
